No prior experience necessary. I work with people brand new to inner work and those who have spent a lifetime inquiring within. Curiosity, vulnerability, and authenticity, on the other hand, are 100% required for this work to work.

All coaching has its own flavor. I would say my flavor has been highly influenced by redwood trees, regenerative agriculture, and the leading thinkers and feelers of the regeneration movement like Daniel Christian-Wahl, Bayo Akomolafe, and the great Joanna Macy. Regeneration of soil, and soul, happens naturally when we align with conditions conducive to life.

Coaching is all about you and what you are looking to create. I will meet you where you are and inspire you to move beyond what you think is possible.

I typically work with people for 3-6 months in 90 minute online sessions every other week. I am available for additional phone and email support as well and encourage people to use the 3-6 months as a gentle but rigorous container for meeting big inner and outer goals. Behavior change usually begins about month three and requires support and practice to become a new habit.
